This page will just contain a little snippet about what book(s) I’m currently reading. It’ll be what it’s about, what I think about it, and whether or not I recommend it.
The Shack
I honestly don’t know THAT much about the book yet, as I just started it, and have gotten all of my brief synopsis from the multitudes of friends that have recommended that I read it. Basically, this guy’s daughter gets kidnapped and murdered and he somehow finds the shack where it happened and he spends a week or so with God there, and the book about that experience and what he learned. I’m not sure if it’s a true story or not. It’s written like one, but it says fiction on the back… Maybe it has to, I don’t know. In any case, I’m looking forward to getting into the meat of it (I’m starting to cut into it). If nothing else, I love Young’s rhetoric so far.
